We unfortunately do not facilitate the cancellation of orders or changing of orders once they have been submitted by the users.

Products are exchangeable if the product is found to be defective.

We will only provide refunds due to the unavailability of goods due to an unforeseen circumstances, such as the detection of defected goods. We wish to only provide our customers with quality products.

The Rent-a-Product option is made available to customers, who are unsure about whether they want to fully commit to purchasing a new product. As such, we are providing an option to rent the product at a small fee for 1 or 2 weeks.

Yes. You will need to place a deposit amount equal to the actual listed price of the product. The deposited amount will be refunded to you once we have checked and collected the Rent-a-Product item.

This is to protect us from users who purposefully misuse and damage the rented item, and/or do not plan on returning the product. Their deposit would therefore be forfeited.

A new set of the product will be given to you in exchange for the rented item at no extra delivery charge. You will NOT be required to pay any additional amount as we will deduct the amount directly from the fee you deposited. Please note that this is only applicable to the SAME item you rented.

Example – You spent $20 on renting a 30kg Dumbbell Set for 2 weeks. Happy and satisfied with the product, you decide to proceed with the purchase of the new set. Since you have already deposited $65 during your rent, we will deduct the amount directly for your purchase of the new set.

Our staff will contact you 3 days from the expiry date of your rent to confirm if you would like to proceed with purchasing a new product and/or to allocate a collection time by our delivery team of your rented item.

We only have a limited number of products available for Rent-a-Product, as such, when all items are being rented out, the selected product would be seen as unavailable.

We are unfortunately unable to list all our products for Rent-a-Product due to the nature of the product, hygiene or exclusivity.
